7. Shipping Terms
Orders for podiums may ship via FedEx or LTL Freight depending on the product. Ballistic-rated items require a custom shipping quote due to their size, weight, and delivery requirements.
We do our best to ship products in a timely manner. Shipping times and delivery dates are estimates and not guarantees. WonderOne is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events beyond our control.
Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier. Please inspect your shipment promptly and report any damage or issues within 3 business days of delivery.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses. WonderOne is not liable for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

8. Optional Tools
We may provide you with access to third-party tools which we do not monitor or control. You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools “as is” and “as available” without any warranties or conditions.
