Because many of our products are made to order, shipping times and methods vary depending on the item. 1. Shipping Times

Shipping times vary based on the product type and level of customization:

  • Lecterns & Podiums: Typically ship within 2 to 6 weeks, depending on customization and order volume.

  • Ballistic Furniture: Ships within 6 to 8 weeks, as these products require additional engineering and safety standards.

  • Home & Office Goods: Usually ship within 2–3 business days, unless otherwise specified.

Rush production may be available on select items. If you’re working with a tight deadline, please reach out and we’ll do our best to accommodate your schedule.

3. Shipping Methods, Tracking & Insurance

We use the following trusted carriers for our shipments:

  • FedEx Ground (small to mid-sized items)

  • LTL Freight (ABF Freight, Old Dominion, and others for large items like some podiums and nearly all ballistic products)

Tracking numbers and links will be provided when your order ships. For freight deliveries, your contact information will be shared with the carrier so they can coordinate delivery and ensure someone is available to receive the shipment.

All Executive Wood Products branded podiums are fully insured during shipping.


4. White Glove Delivery (Optional)

We offer White Glove Delivery for customers who would like items brought inside, unpacked, staged, or even assembled upon arrival. This is a great option for schools, government facilities, or large venues.

Pricing varies depending on:

  • Delivery location

  • Quantity of items

  • Size, weight, and complexity

  • Stairs or accessibility needs

5. Shipping Rates & Destinations

  • Free Shipping is available for select products delivered within the contiguous United States.

  • For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations, please contact us for a custom quote: sales@wonder-one.com.

  • We proudly serve customers in over 49 countries worldwide.

  • We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, except for small items like sample kits or stain swatches.


6. Manual Shipping Quotes (Ballistic Products)

Due to the size, weight, and regulatory considerations of ballistic furniture, these items require a manual shipping quote. Please contact us before placing your order so we can calculate the most accurate and cost-effective shipping solution for your location.


7. Returns & Cancellations

  • Customized products (including anything with engraving, logos, or built-to-spec) are non-returnable and non-cancellable once production has begun.

  • Non-custom items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are in new condition with original packaging.

  • A 20% restocking fee applies to all approved returns.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

8. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Do not discard packaging or product.

  • Take clear photos of the damage as soon as it’s noticed.

  • Contact us immediately at (314) 326-0306 or sales@wonder-one.com.

For freight shipments, you must inspect the package upon delivery and note any visible damage on the carrier’s delivery receipt or POD. You may refuse the shipment if the damage is extensive.


9. How to Package Returns

All returned items must be repackaged in their original containers. Items damaged during return shipping will not be refunded, and the customer must file a claim with the shipping carrier. We recommend:

  • Taking photos before shipping

  • Using adequate padding and packaging

  • Insuring the return package


10. Refunds & Processing Times

Please allow 1–2 weeks for returns to be processed. Refunds will be issued for the item total minus the restocking fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable.


11. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom orders

  • Products with personalization (logos, engravings, or imprints)

  • Ballistic products built to spec

  • Clearance or final sale items
