1. Expected Shipping Times
-Shipping times vary based on the specific item ordered. Lecterns and Podiums are typically shipped between 2 to 6 weeks. Most other products are shipped within 2-3 business days. For the most accurate estimate, please contact us directly at 314-326-0306.
2. Do you offer customization services on wood products?
A: Yes! We prioritize meeting our customers' needs and are equipped to accommodate requests ranging from minor adjustments to entirely new designs like church pulpits, pews, custom tables, etc. Feel free to reach out to us at 314-326-0306. Chances are, we already possess the expertise to fulfill your furniture customization needs.
3. Tracking on Shipments
-Tracking details are provided for all shipments via FedEx or UPS. Upon dispatch, we will furnish you with the tracking number and relevant links for real-time tracking. In cases of freight truck delivery, we will email you the carrier's name, contact information, tracking number, and instructions for receiving the freight.
4. What are your shipping destinations?
-Most items on our website come with Free Shipping within the contiguous United States. For shipments outside the U.S., please contact us for a quote. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
5. What is your return policy?
Custom items are non-returnable and non-cancellable once the project has been started. Returns for non-customized stock items are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the items are in their original condition, subject to a 20% restocking fee. Please refer to our detailed Return Policy below.
6. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
We advise against returning damaged or defective items, as our return policy does not cover such instances. Should your item arrive in a damaged or defective condition, please contact our customer service at 1-(314)-326-0306 for prompt assistance. It is imperative to retain all original packing materials.
7. PACKAGING FOR RETURNS
All returned items must be carefully repackaged in their original containers to ensure adequate protection during transit. Customers are liable for any damages incurred during return shipping. Please note that damaged returns will not be refunded, and customers must file a claim with the carrier. We highly recommend insuring return packages for added security. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
8. REFUNDS & CREDITS
Please allow 1-2 weeks for the processing of returns and refunds. Refunds are issued for the item price minus the 20% restocking fee. Shipping costs are not reimbursed.
9. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Customized products, including those with personalized text, imprints, engravings, or graphics, cannot be returned.
10. What should I do if my item sustains damage during shipping?
-Prior to the delivery driver's departure, carefully inspect the package for any signs of damage. Ensure that the correct number of packages is received and note any damages to the packaging on the delivery paperwork, such as a Proof of Delivery (POD) for freight shipments. If there is evident damage to the merchandise, you may refuse delivery and must promptly notify us of the refusal.
