At WonderOne, your satisfaction is important to us. Because many of our products are handcrafted or custom-built, we maintain a fair but firm return policy to protect the integrity of your purchase and the craftsmanship behind each item.


1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original condition - unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

  • You must contact us first before sending an item back.

To begin the return process, please email us at sales@wonder-one.com. If your return is approved, we’ll issue a return authorization along with instructions. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


2. Return Fees & Restocking

Returns of eligible, non-customized items are subject to a 20% restocking fee. This fee covers inspection, repackaging, and administrative handling. Shipping charges are non-refundable.


3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at (314) 326-0306 or sales@wonder-one.com.

  • Retain all packaging materials and take clear photos of any damage.

  • If your order was delivered by freight, inspect the item before signing and note any issues on the delivery paperwork.

  • If damage is visible but the driver won’t allow inspection time, mark the package as “damaged” before signing.

  • If concealed damage is discovered later, contact us right away to file a claim.

We will work to repair or replace damaged merchandise at our discretion. Do not attempt to return damaged items without approval.


4. Non-Returnable & Custom Items

We cannot accept returns for the following:

  • Customized products, including items with engraving, custom logos, or modifications

  • Special order items built to your specifications

  • Used or altered items

  • Any item not in its original packaging

5. Exchanges

If you’d like a different item, the fastest method is to complete your return first. Once your return is approved and processed, you can place a new order separately.


6. International Returns

Customers in the European Union may cancel or return their order within 14 days, as allowed by law. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.


7. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You’ll be notified whether the refund is approved.

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

If it’s been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please contact us at sales@wonder-one.com.


8. White Glove Delivery & Return Notes

If your item was delivered using our White Glove Service, additional handling and installation charges may apply and are non-refundable. Return eligibility and logistics for white glove deliveries vary by product — please contact us to confirm details.
